For Cat I had to choose which outfit to try for as he pretty much has a different one in each episode. For some reason, this one stuck in my mind and it took awhile to figure out the proper combination of figures. Mostly slapped together and then painted. I am not happy with his teeth but after so many tries I had had enough. :-)

Head = G.I. Ripcord (v3)
Body & Legs = G.I. Rampage (v3)
Arms = G.I. Cobra officer (v8)
