well in myr mario serie Dr e Gadd was a human from are world and at very young age he was already a genius brain dude but one day it went wrong and he got into the otherworld.sins then hes been living and trying to go back home but never could.so many of is technologi have been stolent with years and in my final chapter of my second mario game is luigis mansion level.so luigi meets dr e gadd and luigi explains to him about the shockwave device that bowser at created last year.so now knowing what technologie was holding those tourment souls in that mansion he give to luigi a device that looks like a aspirator.it sends shockwave of its own to break the zones and let these souls past away.it looks like you would suck them in the aspirator lol so he will help you alot to finish that mansion.he is also seen after the game ends in the last video and the punch line to let ppl know the next mario game in real life.he gives to mario a technologi of its own and thats the mario sunshine gun ^^ yep you guest whats next ^^I just repainted the figure and took of the cyber octopus tantacles.
