Gun from WW2 Captain America. Walkie-Talkie from Dollar store figure. I'm an amateur so I never got around to learning how to make a collar and tie for him but it suits my purposes for now.
Gordon was made from the straight jacket movie masters scarecrow. I saw someone else use that as a base on here and decided to use what I had available to do something similar. Just cut off the extra long sleeves, swapped the head and jacket and painted.
