Hello, I'm Nino and this is my first custom submission . After much trial and error I finally got the guts to upload something that , to me, resembles Nick Fury. Used WWE John Cena torso and WWE Edge waist and legs to make this figure. Everything you see on Mr Fury was made out of craft foam, except for chest holster and $2 shop weapons. Finished off with base coat of black paint and my attempt at a dry brush coat of blue. Weapons were also base coated in black and finished off with a chrome top coat. Used my daughters school acrylic paints, please don't tell her. Thanks for looking. Would really appreciate any feedback . Please excuse my photos , will get better with more practice and once I remove the super glue from my fingers!
Brill paint work! Yeah - I prefer the 'original' Fury too!! (And I'm NOT talking about Hasselhoff either!! haha!)Always thought it was silly how Marvel worked the SLJ version into the comics!
Really nice custom! The suit looks really sharp. I would not have recognized the base as a Cena. I also prefer the pre-Jackson Nick Fury. Great work, and welcome to Figure Realm!
Welcome to the Realm! I gotta say, this looks good, I never would've thought of using Cena for this, but it works. Great work on the straps, and the paints look good. Now it's time to invest in some model paints and quit using your daughter's school supplies
