hes made from a 66 batman riddler figure with the belt ground off and resculpted, quicksilver head with new face and hair sculpted on with blue devil ears, total repaint.
Great! One of my favorite villains! A unique one from Kirby's fertile pen. And ideally one I myself will have to create, since he's too obscure for there to be a commercially-made figure.
