Here is Roy Harper in his new 52 duds. I used a DCUC Red Arrow figure as the base and modified it in the following ways:
-Sculpted the hat
-Sculpted the hair
-Sculpted over the strings on his chest
-Used earphone wire for the piping
-Added a side quiver from DCUC Artemis
-Separated the arrow from his bow
-Re-paint
