The original A-Team 3.75" action figures from Galoob are terrible. Released in 1983, they are made of cheap plastic and easily broken. They are not dressed nor do they look much like their real-life counterparts. These figures are so cheap looking that they resemble knockoff or bootleg toys you'd find at the Dollar Store. Do a Google search to see what the originals looked like if you'd like to compare.

I decided to recreate the A-Team's leader using the following:
Head: A-Team 3.75", Hannibal (Galoob, 1983, broken)
Body: G.I. Joe 3.75", Crankcase (Hasbro, 1985, used)

Body was repainted. Head has additional paint detail for hair. A cigar was added. Used a machine gun accessory from the 1980's G.I. Joe line.
