Squadron 40, DIIIIVE!!!

Here's my second submission for you to enjoy (hopefully) but mainly for you to critique and tell me
what bits need work (I'm still not happy with the eyes - paint and sculpting), so all input will be
welcome.

Anyway, I started this for the Winged Wonders contest but didn't get round to finishing him in time.
(Also started Venger, but not finished him either so that's to follow).

I used a WWE figure (don't know who, but he had long blonde hair) for the upper body and 200x He-man
for the legs and DCD Hawkman's wings. Cut the legs in half at knee and straightened them filling in
gaps with milliput, then carved the feet into the plastic and the straps are sculpey.

Sculpted face, helmet, armour, axe, all from scratch in super sculpey (the spikes on helmet are
plastic cut to shape) and the belt is black leather with sculpey bits stuck on.
Made the emblem discs from scratch with white milliput to get the extra fine detail.
Vallejo and citadel paints.
