I guess everyone has to make a Deadpool, sooner or later. Or two. Or ten.

Here is my most recent attmept at a Deadpool. He's not based on any particular costume or design. I just took elements of various looks, and created something that I like. I don't he's ever been depicted with arm pouches, but I like how it looks and I had a pair of arms from a Warren Angel figure that I got a long time ago on clearance that I wanted to do something with. I resculpted things where I wanted to, such as the raised eyebrow thing and trying to make it look like he is smiling beneath the mask. I modified the feet from a bootleg Deadpool figure so that they function on the newer Bucky Cap style body (in this case, Deadpool is built on a Hawkeye figure). I retooled an AoA Wolverine head so that it looks like a smiling, unmasked Wade. I painted him using automotive vinyl paints and lots of paint washes so that he's all sophisticated and purdy lookin'.

The most fun I had with creating him might have been sculpting the Headpool. The propeller on his little beanie hat actually turns lol.
