Never really cared for Wanda's original costume with the pinkish colored leggings and stuff, so I went about making a version more to my liking. Took a DC Justice League Fire (80's version) and sanded of the old uniform except for the boots and gloves. Fashioned a new uniform using Apoxie to add a bodice. Added an Ann O'Brian head with a tiara made from Apoxie. The cape was jacked from a random Witchblade figure (not sure which one). Painted it flat red at first. I actually finished this figure a year ago but I wasn't happy with the paint job. I recently repainted her and decided to see what you guys think. So let me know.
I actually let it harden a bit then molded it by hand on my workbench, then applied the separate pieces and worked them together so they look like one piece.
By hand with Apoxie. It's not a very clean sculpt, if you can zoom in you will see little imperfections. But, I'm getting my sculpting up to par little by little with practice.
Beautifully done, pancho! I agree...those pink leggings never made sense to me and took away from her overall look...I love what you've done here by only giving her the red outfit.
Thanks man. I recall seeing Demon11's version of the Scarlet Witch with the Ann O'Brian head and I thought, man that is perfect. Just had to borrow that part of the recipe. That version is ultra hot.
I love just how sexy she looks , and totally agree the pink never made sense (I suppose that what passed as censorship in the early days) , great paintjob , RED HOT!!!
