Initially, I was going to add a third head with sculpted half-mask, but after seeing John Harmon´s version from Mint condition customs with the removable mask and googles, I saw the light. I love removable masks on my figures, so I borrowed the idea from him. Huge props and big shout out to you, man.
Anyways, I dremeled off the mashed head till the mask and googles were only a thin layer of plastic. Then, I used an x-acto knife to separate googles from mask. Now, you can have all 3 looks (fully masked, half masked and unmasked) in just one head. As for the figure itself, I sculpted eyebrows and incipient beard, and then gave it the usual ringo repaint from head to feet. I also added a very cool transforming rifle (more details and pics in the auction link) and an uzi gun.
