More mutant MAYhem, closing off the months customs

He's pretty much my second favourite comic book character and clearly my most made custom so I just had to do a movie version of the bad@ss soldier out of time that is Cable.

Since Cable is yet to appear in any of the movies (fingers crossed for Apocalypse) I did my own casting. And it has to be Arhnuld! For me no one less that the Terminator himself will do. And after all he was created based on Arnies roles both in Terminator and Predator.

So I took a movie masters Jor-El, added a green stuff bionic left arm, headsculpt and set of Molle webbing to his chest, adding cast pouches mostly from Army of Two figures (damn right Cable needs his pouches).

He then needed arming up, taking a more movie considered armament I chose a 1911 pistol with a glowey torch to match his armour for his sidearm. Then I needed to make him a big gun. My first attempt just came across bad, So I then took to hacking up a hydra/winter soldier gun. Added the macro binoculars from a darth maul and went to town with the sculpty. Voila, one Cable worthy plasma gun.

Then painted as always in Citadel paints, just in time to round off Mutant month.
