MORTAL KOMBAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At first, I wasnt planning to enter this contest but when I saw how many entries were put in. I decided to join in the fun and take on a new challenge of doing a custom with cheap or vintage figures and did Mortal Kombat Scorpion and Sub-Zero.
Mortal Kombat is a very graphic and bloody fighting game that has a unique atomosphere and mood compared to other fighting games in its genre.
Here what I did to make the two most popular fighters from this game.
I had two 1988 tmnt vintage Shredder figures in my fodder which I stripped of its spike armor and use for previous customs. I first sanded down Shredder helmets and began sculpting Sub-Zero and Scorpion hoods and unique face masks. Then continue sculpting their Gi, forearms, ankle guards, arm and calves straps and belts. Then I cut a piece of vinyl for the hanging front cloth and made Scorpion weapon from wire & shoulder armor and gave Sub- Zero some ice accesories. Finally gave each figure a total repaint of their in game colors with multiple color shading to give them a little realism/claymation feel to them and eliminate the Shredder toy look it originally had and they were done.
These are my first Mortal Kombat custom figures I done.
