Since I loved the custom figure head cast I bought online off Ebay so much, I decided to buy a few more. In case you didn't see my last entry here is the basic recipe:

Head: SW Han Solo with Indy hat
Chest, Waist: M-Men Origins Logan
Upper Legs: GI Joe ROC Storm Shadow
Lower Legs: GI Joe Tunnel Rat
Feet: Indy
Hands: SW Han Solo

I used some epoxie to sculpt his shirt.
