"To my fellow mutants I say to you NO MORE HIDING..."
Days of Future Past just set into motion how menacing Magneto can be. With all his hidden agendas he can have at a genius level intellect. Who didn't like him in the movie? He is one of my favorites to the new series of x films.

That being said, this one was in the shelf and works for over a year just looking at me. Originally he was gonna be First Class Magneto. Until the first images of Magneto for DOFP surface and well I loved the new costume. Closer to his comic counter part. The recipe for this was super easy but not the sculpting.

RECIPE:
entire figure- prometheus david resculpted sanded and added helmet

I sanded everything down. sculpted the new suit on as well as the helmet. I decided to keep the prometheus boots they look cool to me very battle ready. I painted the suit and helmet with silver rubb and buff then i washed it with black and finally washed it maroon. The last coat was a dry brush of lighter maroon. and that was it. Painted the face as best I could and viola Michael Fassbender as Magneto.

Im ready for Apocalypse.

I know this is from June but I'm just now seeing and commenting on this. This is one of my favorites from you. What material do you use to sculpt the armor suit and helmet? Very well executed!
