Sanded down the fat ears and replaced the cape with a bigger better one. This is actually a pretty great figure. It just needed a little improvements.

I picked up this figure the other day & my only complaint was the ears were too fat. Good thinking on making them thinner. What did you do, just sand them?

Used an exacto knife first then sandpaper for a fine smooth finish.

Only Zod for now. Superman should be in the next wave I believe, along with the Penguin.
