First I started with filing the ears down with a nail file, then I painted over the ears with black paint. Next I painted the figure grey except for the cowl gloves and boots. I cut off the tips on the edge of the cowl to make it smoother. I also cut the cape so it wouldn't overlap with the shoulders. I cut off the original bat symbol, (be warned there will be a hole in the figure's chest but that can be fixed with some clay and glue.) and cut out the symbol from man of steel 2. The bat symbol was cut from baron zemo's neck wing with the fur on it, but if you are making this figure you can use what you deem fit.
