This is a simple idea i had for a new movie type version of Bucky as Captain America. One of the things i never liked about his outfit was no arm exposed and that to me is one of the coolest things about Bucky more so after the release of the Winter Soldier movie. and people know that this is not Steve Rodger so i wen with the classic look of the Winter Soldier head to keep the look :) what do you guys think?
