Still reserving final judgment on the nu52......that's not true. I wish it would go away. But I did like this design. And I am a big Flash fan.
I started with the White Lantern Flash and took off his wingtips from head and boots. I sculpted the circle on his chest and the little gizmo on the back of his hand. I resculpted the details around his mask. I hit him with a black base coat and painted the details in white. Then I went back over with a light blue. The lightning symbol and ear things are made from shrinky dinks. I tried to get size and shape right five times. My son nailed it on his second try. He is awesome.
The lightning effects were cut from the back of White Lantern Flash and moved to his leg and shoulder.
