Johnny only required sculpting of the bow tie and a repaint. I made the aesthetic choice of keeping the Thunderbolt's legs instead of replacing the lower half of his body with a lightning bolt. I have seen him represented with legs in the Golden Age stories he originally appeared in. I found lightning bolts in the fodder bin and glued/inserted them into his head. I added the lightning effects from a Superman Red and painted him pink.
