Thanks for the info. I got nothing but respect for your work and everyone else work. The only time I airbrush is when I need a nice shade but like G.j said , there's some stuff you can do with your hand that an airbrush can't do . I guess everything take time to learn. One of the down side about airbrushing is ....well it make a lot of noise heh ...but other then that everything is fun to do.
What I like about painting with my hand is Airflow painting, it's like airbrushing with your hand heh, sound silly but I use funny words. Like music painting is an art and you gotta learn how to light touch on some area.
Sculpting is like drawing. You have to take your time and make sure you got 3 hours at best and the right tool . That's all depending on the project your working on. I never told anyone this but I like sculpting just as much as painting. Why? Because sculpting help me layer the area on the figure that I want to highlight and paint at ..I'm no pro for sure but I always got to try and learn everyday because it's one of the coolest thing to learn once you do it over and over.
WOW! I was looking at all your custom that you post on here heh you're one of the reason why I want to improve on my work. I love everything you do. Picking one of your custom is a crime. To me the highlight of most of your custom is the art you add to it, like shade and the smallest detail. Trust me I do get a lot of good thought just by looking at your work.

johnnycustom ... I'm glad you liked the airbrush shading. sometimes it looks good and sometimes it doesn't, I guess it depends on the figure. I haven't done a lot of classic repaints yet, but plan on it in the near future. I think they turn out better than my customs, since I can't sculpt to good anyways and swapping parts is a hassle for me. thanks man.

Nice job on an old classic. The air brush is super nice, face detail is off the wall, hair is styling. This is one of the best paint job you done and I'm sure you done a lot of classic repaint. I guess this one bring me back to my first sabretooth toy from toybiz. Awesome job
