Superman has been my hero since I was a child because of Richard Donner's epic film and Christopher Reeve's epic performance as Clark/Superman. Because of that I put off making any action figure with his likeness until I thought I could sculpt his likeness well enough. This is my tribute to Chris as Clark Kent in the first two films. Clark was made from an Xavier from the X-men movie line. I thought the body was perfect because of the posture it could take on. I took it part and painted the pieces. Then I sculpted the Chris Reeve's head from super sculpey. I made some glasses and attached them to the face, put all the pieces together and now here is Clark.
Thank you so much I looked at a lot of references to try to get the right Clark expression. I actually used a twisty tie that you get in the fruit section. Strip the paper or plastic off and just use a brush or stick to wrap the wire around and shape the frames.
