There aren't many figure choices to choose from to pull off a decent Emma Frost. Sometimes the best bet is to just sculpt her out of thin air, but when an action figure of a porn queen should appear out of thin air, grab it! Especially when much of the work is already half-way done! Inspired by the Sideshow White Queen statue by Adam Hughes, automatically found certain similarities in this Jenna Jameson variant (came with a removable rubbery costume)that made the conversion irresistible. The bust area has been remodeled to fit more naturally and not as pinched together like the statue version. The costume's been trimmed, glued, sculpted and painted over to resemble Emma's corset. Honestly thought of keeping the corset removable, but it just fitted better glued down. Reshaped her hair, made fuller lips, painted the eyes, gave her a poseable elbow and to this day, still not quite sure what exactly her expression was supposed to be. Repainted her "make-up" a few times, it was either way too slutty or drunk looking or just wasn't pretty lol. Rendering "pretty" is harder than you might think, when you get down to it. The worst part, depends on how you look at it, was to paint her panties - it was like driving on the autobahn extremely slow and carefully. Heh, it's amazing & amusing to see oneself do the things we customizers do lol. So had to tomahawk a few Hello!Kitty dolls to help out with the fur and the cape is from a Ross Superman.
