Man, I have found a lot of uses for this base figure! I took the hat off with a dremel and shaved the ears a little bit. I dremeled the belt down and resculpted it. I resculpt the head, added a goatee, and sculpted the amulet with Milliput. The monocle was made for me by my son using shrinky dink materials. The cape, collar, and skirt were made from duct tape.

Universo was a Green Lantern who fell from grace, ala Sinestro. His son Rond Vidar became the new Green Lantern of the 31st century and worked with the Legion while his father sought domination through mind control.
