I took some old action man, and dremeled his old hair to the point that he was bald. Everything that you can see: face, tusks, shoulderpad, tiki masks, everything is sculpted except chain on neck. After finishing scuplting I did the hair, i took my sister's old barbie, and cut her hair, than I putted some glue on them to make the shape of mohawk and to make it stay like that.
