I have a Nightmask too! Needed to find something to do with extra Drax's from the 3 pack. Nightmask seemed the perfect character to make especially with his emergence in the Uncanny Avengers comics. The real challenge was on how to create the skirt (or dress, i dunno what he's wearing). But fortunately, i picked up the The Hobbit Mirkwood Hero pack from when they were clearancing the box set. The Thranduil (guy with a skirt) is a perfect use for Nightmask. Pretty much removed Drax's legs and slipped on the skirt. Overall it's a great recycle for those meh Hobbit figures.
