The Thundercats Classics line ended far too soon with few characters released. Here's what could have been with a re-sculpt of the Lion-O figure.
The head is from the original LJN toy from the 80's. I chopped off the ears and moved them back a bit, and I also re-sculpted some of the face. Most of the muscles have been enlarged to make him bulkier than Lion-O. I shortened the mid section so he is slightly shorter than Lion-O too. His neck, torso and lower legs were completely re-sculpted to complete the transformation.
The nun-chucks were made by sculpting claws on to the end of a set intended for used with 1:6 figures.
You're doing great things with these figures dude!! I sooo wish the line had continued and if they were half as good as yours I'd be a very happy collector.
I keep coming back to this cos I love it so much and wish it was on my shelf. Also that he had an in-scale ThunderTank to sit in or stand beside...and I don't just mean the old toy scaled up but a proper two seater, cartoon-accurate one... which certainly wouldn't fit on any of my shelves but yeeeah.
Holy snarf! That's one of the finest ThunderCats customs I ever seen. It looks totally faithful to the character and is just a gorgeous figure all round. Really nice work.

Are there any plans to complete the wave? My favorite Panthro by the way bro
