I loved the Wrecking Crew figures we received from Hasbro. The only thing that bothered me was that they re-used the parts and made the members look too similar. So I set out to make them look more unique and comic accurate. Normally I like to make my customs look gritty and realistic but in this case since I wanted comic book accuracy, I decided to experiment with the paint job. I gave these 2 a deep shaded paint application, emphasizing on making it look almost like cell shading in some of the video games. I used multiple coats of different shades and hues to try and make the colors pop as much as possible at the same time have a dark shade to the undercoated areas. Much like you would see in comic book art or animated cartoons. The figures retain all the articulation and I worked hard on eliminating paint/joint rub. The recipes for these Wreckers aren't original and have been done before, so that is why I decided to combine these 2 customs into 1 submission. Up Next Thunderball!!!! As Always thanks for the views and support. God bless and happy customizing.
