Here's a custom that's taken me aaaages to get done. It's a reimagined Venger from the cartoon D&D. Base figure was a random WWE, but I also used the hands and the bats from a "Curse of the Spawn" figure, and the feet from a DCU Creeper (I think), and everything else is scratch-built.
Head is super sculpy and a miliput horn,
The Fabric skirt thingy is the first time I've used a sewing machine (got one for £12! but I won't be looking forward to using it again any time soon!) but I think it turned out OK (with a little touch-up with fabric glue...)
The wings are wire bent to make a frame which was then covered with a layer of plastic with wires stuck on to make the skeleton and some veins, and then papier mache over top to let the detail show through.
Some fake leather bits for the shoulders and head-gear, with two metal tips shaped from the metal from a collar of a bottle of wine (random)
and that's about it.
I wanted to do some sort of magic effect (ball of fire etc) in his hand, but I ran out of time,
