Hey guys, today I present, my custom Shredder. This was a pretty quick and simple custom that I enjoyed making. I started off with a Ninja Gaiden Ryu Hayabusa figure and popped the head off. I took the head from a 2003 series Shredder and dremeled out the hole to make it fit on the neck. I then cut off the lower body,skirt armor thing and with some modification, made it fit around his waist. Finally, I glued on some 1988 Shredder armor, gave the figure a complete repaint and I was done. Thanx for viewing.
