This guy is a Star Wars guy that needed a lower body transplant from Jack Sparrow so that he would have some leg articulation. Other than that it was just change out his light saber and pistol for a sword, hand axe and knife and you end up with something like I vaguely remember a Pict character looking like in an old Conan comic. (I could be way off, it’s been awhile since I read the comics!)
