I was about 3-4 coats of silver in to this one when I thought, why didn't I use War Machine.
Ground away the arc reactor, took off the hip disks. Green Stuff for the helmet and some of the cape. The shoulder pads are from Mr Sinister. Thor wings. Foam pieces for the chestplate (hand-painted, several times, the lion) and knee pads. The plumage is the fist fire from Marvel Girl and a fodder projectile-poked a hole in the fist and slid the projectile through, trimmed to fit the hole drilled in Ironman's head. I like how that one turned out.
