Lex Luthor in battlesuit ! I always thought the purple and green was a bit to...joker-y. Besides itsn orange the color of greed ? I also thought the orange and yellow reminded me of the "industrialist" that Lex is.

As metropolis newest hero Lex Luthor fights of an evil villain (secretly created and hired by Lex himself to fight) terrorizing the city, the dust settles and He and his shining armor have one the day. All he has to ask is "where was superman to save us?" (secretly pulled away from metropolis on a wild goose chase, also by Lex) In a campaign to prove he can be more than the man of steel ever could.

Using armor left over from the invasion of darkseid,weaponry picked up after the Atlantean invasion, Some Nth metal retrieved by questionable means, spare parts from the Amazo android and the metal men. Lex puts together a formidable suit of armor he powers with his own Kryptonite fashioned core. Complete with targeting flight goggles (removable)

Testors silver for the majority of the body, flat blacks and yellos for armor highlights and a orange/yellow mix for a brighter orange.

We had originally thought about putting a wash over it for that "tarnished" look but the wife worked extra hard using just a toothpick to paint the tiniest rivets and screws. We thought it looked better without it...would Lex let his armor get dirty...really ?
