While I prefer customizing 3.75" scale figure, I do sometimes hit up 6" customs. Here is my take on everyone's favorite GI Joe ninja...Snake Eyes. I've been a Snake Eyes fan ever since the first Snake Eyes action figure in the early 80s.
His helmet is fully sculpted over the original Drax head, and the rest of the figure follows my usual partial sculpt, fodder and paint job. The sword was made from styrene and the scabbard made from a pen's casing (lol).
Pen casing? Man why can't I think of ingenious stuff like that? That is an incredible helmet sculpt as well. Ok, enough accolades. But seriously, overall that is an awesome Snake Eyes.
Bro, this is one kick a$$ Snake eyes. He is also my favorite GI Joe Character. Awesome use of the Drax figure, I recently made a Red Hood using Drax, I had Snake Eyes or Agent Venom next on my list using Drax but you beat me to it. Lol. Awesome job bro, I really love your paints and sculpt work. I think it was genius to use a pen casing for his katana.
