Aside from Bucky, Sharon Carter also known as (Agent 13 of S.H.I.E.L.D) was an on and off sidekick and girlfriend of Captain America. I think she was the only female that was mostly seen with him. She helped him back in the 60's then came back, after they thought she died, and helped him again in battles, until his death. Sharon was made with a Marvel "Urban Legends" Electra and a reworked mc head, and sculpting in some areas. Thanks for looking.
