Sick of getting his butt continuously handed to him, The Shredder decides on a new tactic, high technology and firearms.

Begun with his elite Tech Ninjas, the merger of technology and the ancient arts of the Ninja culminate in the Foot Tech Gunner. Trained in the arts of combat and stealth, but wielding a formidable arsenal of firearms and modern armor, the Tech Gunner is a one man army. Can even the Turtles defeat this high tech terror?

I love TMNT, but the humans in the line are way to short and stocky. They also lack pretty badly in the articulation department. In the case of the Tech Gunner, the original toy is basically a blob of white and blue plastic (see last picture). Hardly a technological menace to be feared!

The turtles themselves are generally depicted as around 4-5 feet in height, making their figures fit well with most figures done in ML scale. So the humans need some help to fix overall height and articulation.

The main body is an XMC Cyclops.
The fuzzy image was left in to show that the light up features still work.

The head was fully re-sculped with Apoxie, and the tiny Foot Clan symbols were drybrushed on over a really, really small stencil!
