If you have children under the age of 10, you've probably heard the song "Let It Go" more times than your favorite song ever. Even my 18 month old sings Let it Go on a daily basis. Disney Frozen is the top selling movie in the history of the sompany, and is an instant classic. Surely you have heard of it or seen the characters by now, but I have included reference art.

I have been working on my own version of Queen Elsa of Arendelle, the ice queen herself, since before this contest was announced, and I just finished her on time. Decided to give her more of a feel if she was in the Marvel Universe or drawn by J Scott Campbell, while sticking closely to the original costume design.

I also decided to make a Buffed up Olivetti Olaf the Snowman (haha), and am coining him the name "Swolaf". Unfortunately, he skipped arm day more than a few times :) Just wanted to make this guy as kind of an accesory to Elsa, but he ended up taking on quite a personality of his own.

Added Craft Jewels for details and a piece of Sheer Window Curtain for her cape/dress train. The Snowflake in the first picture is a Sequin attached to her hand with dark sticky tack. Drybrushed over skin tone arms to get the sheer look to match the cape.

Sculpted the buttons as well. The carrot nose is added from a Ghost Rider Spike, and hair is from pieces of paperclips and is poseable as well. Both Twig arms are removeable.

the Ice base is a Glass serving dish that just happens to have the right Star/Snowflake like patterns as seen in the movie while Elsa is singing the hit song.

Both figures are highly poseable and retain all the ML and MU Articulation with added Toybiz finger/hand articulation in both.

Swoleaf decided to pack on a little lean white snow to impress Elsa because as he says "I like warm hugs." I bet you do Olaf, I bet you do..
