This was a pretty rudimentary build. I chopped the hat off that The Joker figure came with and filled in the face using Milliput. I shaved the boutonnière and tie off. I had to make the cutout in the lapel and molded on the necktie. After some quick wet sanding and what I call a test coat of primer (a quick coat to help bring the imperfections out easier) I hand painted it. The hat came from another Joker figure. I was making a hat that was better to scale but decided that it would be easier to just live with this one.
