Hey Realmers, so here we have another version of The Punisher (Frank Castle) This custom was inspired by Nino, he is the one who makes awesome customs from WWE Figures. He is the one who has been encouraging and pushing me to start using WWE figures for a base, so hope you like this bro. The Neca Guiles seem to have dissapeared for some odd reason. Anyhow, he is made from a WWE Seth Rollins figure. His head is a Triple H with modified hair and face so he can resemble Frank, his hands come from a random figure, his arms are from Triple H, his handguns are from fodder. The last.thing was giving him a paintjob. Hope you all like him. Enjoy!!
He's got a really gritty look to him for a cool, realistic looking Punisher! The face looks like he is ready to go out and do what he does best..... Punish! Great work!
It's amazing the difference a highly superior base can make to ones' work. Hopefully you won't purchase the universes' entire stockpile of WWE figures, as you did with the long forgotten Guile figure. Ah, they were the days. Opening a fresh, clean, Guile. Now he only lives in our memories, like unpainted necks and a cool refreshing beverage, like, for instance, Sunny Delight. Yes my friend, they were our glory days, moments in time that will now and forever exist only in the far rececesses of our sub conscious. But fear not, for as long as I can grasp a half naked, speedo wearing, muscular body in the palm of my hand, those figures, regarded as 'action' will continue to live and breathe. Well , actually, they won't really be living or breathing because they are inanimate objects. Anyway, this figure is really good. As has already been mentioned, it does resemble the bloke who played the part of the Punisher in War Zone. So, surprisingly, great choice using HHHs' head. I have always been a fan of HHHS' nose size, how about you?
Its amazing, though I never saw until you posted your work. I have to admit, that these figures are far superior to Guile, and thus he only does exsist in my memory. Ahh, memories. As for me stock pililing up on WWE figures, I regret to inform you that I have indeed already purchased all of the WWE figures in the world, including Australia but don't worry I left a special quantity just for you. I also left a Thor with an unpainted neck for the people who love the naked neck, and I also left a gallon of Sunny D just to show you my gratitude and friendship. Who knows, perhaps Toy Story was based on a true story and our figures really do come to life when we aren't looking. Thanks Nino, my friend.... really glad that you like him and that you approve. As I said before, your work is awesome and is at a caliber of high quality, thank you for inspiring me. Triple H is a great wrestler and I have always admired his big nose. He was the perfect head choice to top off this Warzone Style Frank Castle.
My figures ARE alive! I know this because they are never in the same spot when I wake up in the morning. No I am not imagining this....MOTHER! I need my pills........
Gracias Carnal, really glad you like it that much. He was such a blast to make, the Triple H head looks just like an older seasoned Frank Castle which is why I chose it.
Hey Pancho, thanks for dropping by again carnal.... He was a lot of fun to make. His beard was hand painted along with his skull. The other thing that also helps is taking great pictures. You can do it too my bro. P.s. Don't know if anyone caught it, bit I also gave him a facial scar near his mouth on the right side of his face.
Dude I have used this base (my 1st GR) and always thought it was perfect for a punisher and you just prove my theory , he look Badass bro , your previous ones were good , but proportionally this look more realistic , and that skull is SICK my friend (I wish I could paint one like that! ) a most definitively excellent work dude!!!!
Thanks bro. Nino was actually the inspiration for this one, he had been pushing me to use WWE figures for the base. I saw this and had to try it. If you like this one im sure you will like my Bane from TDKR. I used a WWE torso for him too. Thanks for the kind words bro.
