I love the character of Union Jack, but I've always thought the factory ML version was kind of weak looking. He is a ROML Steve Rogers base, and his head is a ROML Black Panther head cast with the ears sanded down, and drilled to fit the neck joint. His leg gun & holster is from an Expendables figure, his knife & torso gun & holster are ROML Bucky Cap. His large gun and shoulder pouch are random fodder, and the back strap holding the gun is a chunk of ML Hercules' belt, I believe. The Vest is from NECA Armoured Kick-Ass from KA2, and his belt is a mix of fodder & bands. He was painted head to toe with Citadels, He has full articulation, and the joints were mostly rub-free, but lightly modified to eliminate paint rub.
