Like most superman fans I have wanted a Christopher Reeve superman. Here is my first attempt, and I went with the 'evil' version for my first try. I used the same recipe that many other here have used. Cast of the new krypton superman head. A sanded down dcuc superman. I had a cast of the new 52 shield already glued on the figure and decided to go ahead and use it. I like this first figure but I already have more in mind. Feed back is appreciated.
Ah right. I could faintly see a dark wash but I thought that was to bring out muscle details. :P I would darken the red too. Anyways I'm just an amateur so I don't know much. I still like this figure.
Looks great. Though for jerkass Superman I would repaint his suit the darker dingey colours they used in the film. The contrast added nicely to the look and to the reveal of the usual brighter colours when Clark wins the fight and pulls open his shirt.
