Kenner did a great job on their BTAS Mr Freeze figure in the 90's. But one thing Kenner usually did was give the figures some kind of action feature. In some cases it made the figure lack in being 100% cartoon accurate. This was the case with Mr Freeze & his water squirting gun & backpack. This was a quick fix with changing out the backpack & gun. Sometimes it's the small details that make the figure!
