I'm posting a bit out of order with this one but she's currently for sale on eBay so I wanted everyone to see her.
Mutated Fish Woman April O'Neil based on the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Episode "Rebel Without A Fin."
April gets captured by a mad scientist and he turns her into a mutant.
This figure was made from Playmates Toys April No. 2 figure from 1992.
The figure has newly sculpted parts such as a face, pockets, webbed fingers, and adjustments to the breast size
She is also completely painted from head to the bottom of her feet.
