When I saw the penguin from the new line DC Comics Multiverse, I found immediatly that he would be perfect for Harry Leland from the Hellfire Club.

I removed the hat, the vest, cut the nose and hair.
I sculped a new nose, new hair and a beard as well as some elements of his clothes.
I modified also the coat.

Cool! Great idea for a base, too, I love it! I only wish MU released the main Hellfire Club Inner Circle, maybe as a line of "Dark Pheonix Saga" comic packs. Anyways, great custom!
