I recently got tired of looking at my classic Toy Biz Legends Reed and Sue FF figures in my display, so I decided to update them both. After I finished though, I felt like my FF Classic Torch just seemed out of place, so I then decided to do a "comic look" classic Human Torch. Nothing really crazy, but I feel he fits in a lot better with the classic team now. I was also glad to find a purpose for the hideous TRU Exclusive All New X-Men Angel head finally; I always remember Johnny messing with Spidey bitd, so the smirky look on the Angel head fit that attitude perfectly.
Torch was sprayed down with Duplicolor Vinyl/Fabric paint, done up with linework via a Sakura pen, then sprayed over with Testors Dullcote to seal the perma pen ink onto the figure and prevent smudging. Flame on! =)

Head: TRU All New X-Men Angel
Flame Effects: Hot glue painted with Tamiya clear yellow
