Movie Style Post War Punisher (Punisher) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:6525
Name:Movie Style Post War Punisher
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Punisher
Creator:Shinobitron
Date Added:March 9, 2008
Base Figure:ML4 Punisher
Height:6.00 inches
This is a prolog figure for the Punisher movie with Tom Jane. We figured that he was going to continue his war against crime but wouldn't always come home wound free.
He was constructed with a ML4 Punisher Torso and waist, TNA Wildcat arms and Jacket (extra holes added) legs off some TNA figure as was the head. Sculpt was used to give his armor a damaged look and also was used on all of his bandages.

After the initial paint job was done red paint was watered down and applied to give the blood spatter and bleeding effects on Frank. The boots and teh bottom of the jacket were also spattered with mud for a gritty look. The jacket was made to be removed and the sleeves look like a long sleeveshirt when removed.

Franks comes with a display base with removable emplacement gun, heavy machine gun, assault rifle, smg, sledge hammer and regular hammer (when amo runs low).

Hope ya like!

that's great. the arms perplexed me for a moment. They really do seamlessly transition into looking different when the coat comes off.

Yep hes a lefty by force. The other hand is bandaged and bleeding so Franks forced to use his left.
and thanks for liking him!

Wow I haven't visited this site in 4 months. I must say that this is a cool rendition of the Punisher!
I'm a Garth Ennis-Punisher fan, and I'm also into semi-realistic-customs so I really dig this! is this fig really left handed or are the pics flipped? I also prefer him with the coat on.

Oh I forgot! I don't know if I mentioned this but all of the holes in the jacket actually corespond to the damage on the body or the Kevlar. This way you could see the dmage with or without the jacket on!

Thanks guys for liking Frank. We were skeptical at first with blood but one you start with that stuff it was hard to quit. I have to give props to my bro for all the cool muddy effects and the blood stained bandages, I was thinking other peoples blood he was thinking of Franks!

this is too cool for the movies to think about doin this. The fact that you can take off the jacket and make it still look like a long sleeve shirt is impressive enough!

The bullet holes and blood splatter make him look realistic. I agree with Punstarr...incredible painting.
