This custom was spawned by my desire to finally do something with this pesky Bullseye that has been sitting on my desk for years. First I stripped off all the nonsense and dearmed the fellow. Then I added arms from a Movie Masters Batman, and the straps from the not quite Batman from the 2pack. Then I added thigh straps and a few small details from the fodder bin. For the heads I used a Weapon X, and a HOM Logan. The extra set of hand is from the 2-pack wolverine, with claws from the Weapons X. The guns are both from the fodder bin.
