First up is Black Condor I!

Body: DCUC B'Wanna Beast
Boots: DCUC Sinestro Corps member
Belt: DCUC Superboy
Cape: ML Storm
Collar: DCUC Toyman

P.S. Funny thing is that the Sea Blue color turned out blacker that blue; still looks cool!
