I recently re-read the Astro City Samaratin Special, The Eagle The Mountain, and decided to make a custom of the main villain, The Infidel. I used a Marvel Universe Grim Reaper for the base, and his cloak is perfect for the infidel, it's not identical, but the high collar really matches well. The lower arms are from an MU Namor, I needed to replace the Grim Reaper's blade arm and Namor's matched well as they had the gold bracelets already sculpted on.
