I wanted to make an Apocalypse figure that I thought fans would want. Its been a few years since the last release and he is overdue. The first thing is that he needed to be big. But not as big as the old Build A Figure. So I went with a 10 inch size figure so he towers over your regular 6 inch size Marvel Legends figures.

He was crafted using several action figures and parts starting with the old Apoc's head and the Lex Luthor battle suit body, to look as much like the comic book version of En Sabah Nur.

He has several hand sculpted parts. He has flexible tubes connecting his arms and chest. And has a highly metallic paint job that was done by hand. All of the paints are metallic on his body except his head is matte gray with blue.

Apocalypse was primed using Citadel primer, and hand painted using Citadel, Tamiya, Formula P3, Model Masters, and other paints. Some areas are glossy, metallic and some are flat. The colors are different shades of blue, silver, gunmetal, black, gray, yellow, metallic, and blood red eyes.
